1) Why don't swords have both Slash and Pierce damage values? (You might wish to add Blunt to that list too...)
2) As for daggers, why do they have Slash damage, but not Pierce? Most daggers are thrusting weapons... |

If you have an empty sack or an empty glyph sack it shows you a weight of 0.00
But if you drop or pickup the empty sack the weight from your inventory change +/- 1.00
From vornne: maybe there should be a separate field for the container weight? |

Whenever it rains, the roof of Brado's leaks like crazy.
EDIT:
Addition from FS#2962 but not as simple to resolve as brado roof as it's not seriously possible to do a sector for each:
I was standing directly outside the Red Crystal Den building under the extended roof. I saw the rain coming from the sky and I looked up ad noticed it was coming through the roof, as if either the rain or the roof wasn't there.

The condition modifier for looted weapons should be the first part of the weapons name instead of the type modifier. For example:
A 'Spellweave Sharp Dagger' should be called a 'Sharp Spellweave Dagger'
'Bones Polished Short Sword of Stone' should be 'Polished Bones Short Sword of Stone'
'Copper Tattered Short Sword' should be 'Tattered Copper Short Sword'

When using /event GMs should have the ability to transfer everyone in an event to another instance. This to avoid lag that can disrupt the entire game. Of course this feature should only be used when characters are warned of an upcoming event in advance and when the event takes place in a fixed place. Example: auctions. A GM could remain in instance 0 to subscribe late-comers to the event. The instance the group is moved to could be an instance of Hydlaa but also a guildhall or a yet-to-be-made auction hall. |

Is there any way that there could be more than one leader to a guild? I was told that that is how the game worked previously, but that it was changed in one of the updates. After talking with a few people, they and myself were mentioning how it would be a cool feature to have back. Is there anyway that the removal of that feature could be reversed?

Because PS is the type of game where the players generally value correct spelling, grammar and formatting; I think that one of the goals of the project should be to focus on making the textbox very intuitive and intelligent. For example, you should be able to hold 'shift' and use the arrow keys to select text. Copy and paste. Select all (ctrl-a). Bold text (ctrl-b). Italics (ctrl-c). Underline (ctrl-u), etc...
Another way to improve the communications quality would be an automatic spellchecker, as well as keeping out English spelling errors words used exclusively in PS could be added to the dictionary. Even good spellers misspell some PS names.
Another improvement would be to filter and rearrange some common phrases used in PS. e.g.
Character says: i'm off to Oja, bye :)
could be changed to:
Character smiles and waves "I'm off to Oja"
Obviously, this is a BIG and complex feature request but it would be nice if this wasn't immediately closed as. As I said earlier, I believe that given the importance of RP in PlaneShift, enhancing the chat facility should be the primary concern of the responsible team and treated with as much importance as new stuff. Okay, I'm done :D |

As in title,
The default for a zone would be no adaptive distance.
In the options part with the adaptive distance, normal distance and the other stuff, you get select box where is every zone you can load in PS, or rather only these zones you visited at least once.
You can choose it and set the distance settings for it.
While you are in a given zone and you open options, it is that zone, which is selected by default from the select box.
The reson is that, while i Hydlaa i would like to have adaptive distance 50. I want it completly off in terrain zones, where my performance is good enough, so i don't want to see only 50m away.
Switching it on and off sounds like a terrible idea, especially now, as the pointer lags. |

I would love the ability to name a sack. Sacks used in quests have names, so why not sacks that are bought from NPC's? I often separate my inventory into sacks to keep things clean and would like to name one sack "Quest Items", another "Books", another "Weapons", etc. |

When sitting, I think it should be possible to greet someone without standing up. It is a bit awkward to be sitting, and then stand and wave at someone and sit back down. I'm not sure if it is hard to implement the "wave" action while sitting, but that is what I think the effect should be. Just sit and wave. If you don't think that "/greet" is appropriate while sitting, then perhaps just implement a visual "/wave" that can work when standing or sitting, although the only difference between the two are the system message. |

Now we have space for 200 shortcuts/Macros it would be useful if one could group sets of shortcuts into their own subwindow so one could have a window for combat shortcuts, a window for crafting, a window for RP shortcuts etc.
