FS#7838 - The Arrivals quest cannot be completed

The quest has a number of triggers that must be completed in order to progress that do not appear to be working in Unreal. The three I’ve found are:

1) Proximity to the rock with the action location that moves players into the cave,

2) Use of a cog/mechanism, moving one of the rocks, and

3) Solving the door puzzle and entering the small room.

I’m not sure if these are supposed to complete steps that are not sequential with the immediately previous steps, or if they are meant to set variables, but either way they don’t seem to be doing the job. Talking to Raithen gives no sign that you’ve completed any of these tasks, even if you’ve done them all.

I can get players past this by setting a later step manually, but given the (suspected) use of variables or non-sequential steps, it seems likely I’ll just mess things up for them.

I am in progress of "The Arrivals" quest. Version 7.40.
What I have managed to complete:
1. Entered the cave.
1a. Defeated Lavvar and Mad Pterosaur several times each.
1b. Defeated Fire Carkarass. Opened Metal Chest and gained the content.
2. Adjusted moving rocks to their topmost positions.
3. Reached the entrance of gates (riding my Drifter).
4. Solved a tile riddle. Note: must be unmounted from Drifter to make portal work.
5. Entered a chamber. Picked up a treasure chest and gained the content.
6. Exited from Lava Caves.
After returning to Raithen I have told him about a cave entrance, a lavvar and moving stones. He has told me to go and find what's there on the other side of magic stones. Now I have the only choice in dialog: "There was nothing else". Maybe there is a keyphrase to be input in prompt line? I tried several variants, but none has matched.
