game keeps freezing up im using win xp, i have to alt cntrl out of it and it says Not responding, what is wrong with this game?

Lots of things are wrong w/ the game ;)  

Your system may be too shabby to handle the game.  Which seems to be a common problem.

Try altering your program properties Compatibility mode to \"Windows 98\" mode.  That seems to have worked for others.

Also, make sure you are running in Windowed mode and not full screen for the Alt Tab thing.
