problem with loading game and repair

i installed the game . when i want to start the game at the loading page i get a error also when i use repair i got a error that it say there are no active mirrors .any one can help me plz?

Did you install a version so old that it doesn't find the current update servers anymore?

my pc info : Q6600 2.8 Gh + 4G Ram + Ati Saphire 6670 1G DDR3 .all sriver updated cause i play other games also
i downloaded install file yesterday
it say client version 0.6.0
also launcher version 3.05
i used run as admins but not worked . also reinstall and not worked
im old player and got char also
