Emails on new posts?

Hi,

I tried to look if there are recent posts about it, and I couldn't find any.

I have set in my options that I want to be notified through email if a new post has been made in a thread where I have been writing and similar.
However, I get emails just "randomly", which means, not for all the threads there are actually reply.

Am I the only one with this issue?

Last time I was notified by e-mail of a new post was 27 November 2006 10:11 AM (local NZ time)...

I just checked now, and the thread has not been posted to since... so it looks like it's still working for me -but it could be glitched of course.

Since you recieve notification for some, and not for others, it might be a bug, or a misconfiguration of the settings.

On your profile->notifications and email

For topics and boards I've requested notification on, notify me of: (that is for those threads you've clicked the "notify" button):

"Moderation only if I started the topic"
This seems as the default option, but seems to mean you'll only recieve notifications if you were the one starting the topic.

Try selecting:
"Replies and moderation"

It's not that I use that functionality at all, but your problems might be due to that.
