PM's
« on: May 13, 2014, 12:30:05 pm »
Is it really neccesary that I have to make atleast 10 posts to send PM's..

I'd really like to reply to the messages I recieved without having to make posts on the forum virtually saying nothing....

If it's about spam & stuff there should be other ways to fix this.. like honeypots, hidden fields that only bots fill etc

Intended as anti-spam feature — provoking spam...

Find a silly thread and post cute kitten pictures in different posts.

Yeah, that baffles me as well, LigH.  ::|

Really, for the socially awkward who can't do small talk someone who wants to make only sensible posts, the permission to sent PM's is more difficult to get than Winch access...

That being said, I believe with this post, I've now earned it. So, thanks for the thread, poezza!

I can assure you there was good reason for the policy. Some poor Asian fellow had a bit too much to offer and nobody wanted to see all that.

The joy that comes from completion of your task. Once complete, you never have to walk alone again.

Did that help?
