alright, I want a Roman style house like this:

The above link shows a diagram of a Roman house.

Of course I\'d have to replace that ugly garden with a Japanese rock garden - and substitute a whole shite load of crystals for the rocks to keep my little kran happy.

please read the first part of the thread... these ideas are not so that you the players can directly go out and construct cities - the purpose of this thread is to give the devs ideas from the players for locales - which we will need many of.  Truthfully, many of the ideas will not be used.  However wouldn\'t it be just grand to walk into a city knowing that it was your idea?  For that to happen you had best think of one hell of a city/location... one that fits into the Planeshift spectrum and isnt ripped from D&D, LotR, Warhammer :P or anything else...

that said - have fun

P.S. let us worry about where they will be

Actually I\'ve heard of divisions within the devellopers over this issue (whether that means anything or not :P ) - we may or may not use instancing and if we do I wouldnt expect it soon or as a prevalent feature in the game... I believe that it does defeat the purpose of an mmog... however instanced dungeons can give players a more intimate feal for the game...

This has been discussed many times before - I don\'t remember which one: but I believe Acraig and/or Vengeance talked about this once in the forums so do your homework and see what they said

I wouldn\'t expect Nagas if I were you (well for a long time at least) - I\'ve seen these things in too many games... adding nagas would be just as unoriginal as adding Sphinxes or drow to the game...

no, there are already several creatures in the works that I\'m sure you will find more interesting for release in CB ;) - so stop looking at D&D and Monster Rancher for ideas!!!
