quest wipe?

Did some quest wipe occure with the last update? I lost several unfinished quests.
running 0.5.6 linux amd64

Yep, a rework of the quest system made a wipe of the unfinished quests neccessary.

Because many of them were changed. Open quest would have been broken and not possible to finish after the change.

actually most probably you wouldn't be able to login at all...
open quests are never safe if left there to rot for a long time

I'd risk saying that he's implying that leaving quests open makes it more probable that you'll get a conflict whenever a developer touches it for some reason. Something of the sort.

if a quest is changed and a step is deleted or added the open quest will be wiped.
