Hello

from NVIDIA official page

The GeForce 210 ( and the GeForce GT 520 ) was a graphics card by NVIDIA, launched in October 2009. Built on the 40 nm process, and based on the GT218 graphics processor, in its GT218-300-A2 variant, the card supports DirectX 11.1. Even though it supports DirectX 11, the feature level is only 10_1, which can be problematic with many DirectX 11 & DirectX 12 titles

Should Be safe to say any active cooled Graphics card Made in the last decade should work for UE4.
A card from the last 5 years should run fine
