Firstly Hi! Looking forward to getting started playing.
Ok, seems some vista users are having an issue getting the updater file edited. One, if you don't have XML format (i.e. Office) it seems to be an issue there, but we'll get around it.
Copy the updaterinfo file. -Rightclick updaterinfo then go down to copy
Go into another file and paste it -Rightlick then go to paste
Now edit the information using wordpad -Rightclick then go to edit
Make necessary adjustment from [false] to [true]
Now, click save as -Top left corner select File then save as...
Now, when asking the filename (if you don't have anything that uses .xml format it will resave as a .txt, not sure if it matters or not) put .xml after it. You should have been able to edit it just fine
Now -Rightclick scroll down to cut
Go back to the Planeshift Folder that you found updaterinfo in and -Rightclick select Paste, it will ask you if you want to Move and Replace or add 2 types, select Move and Replace
Rightclick PsUpdater select run as administrator and...
Viola.
