Wish list / Ball room

I wonder if it would be possible for PlaneShift to have a ballroom. Surely Yliakum would have that by now. I'm thinking it would come out after there would be dresses, costumes etc IG

Well, this isn't really a wish, but something i thought about.

I was thinking of having yearly awards IC in Yliakum, like awards for bravest warrior, best magician, richest person, and so on.

It does not have to be big awards. Maybe just a simple helmet, or something like a trophy.

And this will be IC because what i think is, the gods should present these gifts. Since they ARE gods and they know the people. But i guess there would be this whole thing about which god, why they would do this and entire IC thing why the gods would do it.

It might be too much, but it is just a thought

OK, so Zon gave em this idea in gossip today

What if animal part- loots could have Quality? i mean it would be realistic, and also very interesting, because good hunetrs can get 300Q parts, because they hunt well, and they are experienced to loot stuff from dead things, everything else has quality....Food.....Stocks......Weapons...ets...etc

Why not animal parts? it would make a lot of sense

Also about the ores, they should also have quality, going up through mining training is a little useless for now, but why dont they make it so that the ores have quality? it would make sense also, as an elite miner would easily get ore AND have it looking good and mined- well

And i really relaly wish that looting is normal as the 4.3 one, now it sucks and crafting an hammering is still the ebst way to gain mney.

Ok, i get it DEVs are trying to make Yliakum more realistic but this new armor thing, though it is very realistic, it is very annoying and it makes dueling a lot harder:

1)
IN normal vs normal with 100 swords and HA, they cant hurt each other, maybe like 31 points or something. THIS is not very realistic and it is annoying in duels also.

2)
When you are RPing and you surprise atatck somoene,[with lvl 100 HA and you have lvl 100 HA] you cant even hurt them. Imean shouldn't, even the best guardian out tehre, be injured at least?

3)
Duels take too long, they take about 30 minutes or something, they wear your armor AND your weapons down. Weapon prices already boosted up and now this? making crafters even more rich, and the hunting/crafting/mining/cooking thing is now unbalanced once again

4)
Maybe this is just the PS way of making more RP and less dueling, but hey dueling is RP too is it now?

5)So what they made is, Impact is good against both HA and LA, and pierce is good in what? hmm LA only? and slah is only good LA also?..... This will encourage WAY mroe RPing, and what i said up there about them killing duels for more RP, they are also killing RP for more PLing

ok so i have noticed that the mobs in the cities are not equal, i mean hydlaa has the entire arena for PP or for training, but ojavedfa has only rats and arangmas and rogues which give almost NO PP and bad loot, so if the system is back again and we respawn in ojaveda again the noobs wont be able to get anything good, and also in gug there are only coamtis near the site, if a kran noob walks into the sity, he might think it isw the only town in the game and it is deserted with no monsters, also in BD a LOT of training is done there and there are only insects and some riverling which btw i mgiht add is all the way down to the bottom of the town, which is a LONG walk/run.

We are currently looking for 9 Duelers [the 10th is me]

It is 120 circles (30k) For each entry

All duelist will have a chance to duel everyone. It is Best of 3
e.g

PRIZE!:

first place

He/She will get a prize of 250k trias, a set of armor they wish, A set of crafted weapon they wish, and a Ticket to the top 5 championship tournament

Second Place

He/She will get 100k trias, and either a set of crafted weapons or a full set of armor and a ticket to the top 5 championship tournament

Third Place

He/She will have their Choice of a set of armor and a weapon of their choice, and a Ticket to the top 5 championship tournament

4th/5th place

Will get a ticket to the top 5 championship tournament and 10k each

TIME/DATE:
uknown but it will be somewhere after the 6th of march

LOCATION:

The duelers will vote a location where we will duel, however we will meet at Harn's to vote, anyone who want to watch is welcome to, although you have to be early at harns as we will not wait for anyone but the 10 duelers

THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTLEY NO KILLING, ANYONE WHO IS CAUGHT WILL BE REPORTED TO THE HYDLAA GUARDS [if you RP as a bad person then i understand if you want to ruin the even t by killing, but as anyone will do, we will, instead of killing you, will tell the guards about the murder]

[There will be a championship tournament for the top 5 duelers, there will be prizes too i will make a new thread about it]

ok well i saw the info thread firt the must read one, it says not to posts just lists of thing of what you want but isnt that why this is called 'the wish list'?
anyways my wish is that GM's would make PS funner, better, more like an rping game, more events, exciting new and stuff, it is very boring, only a few friends talk to me and all the others are out doing training, well when a GM event is on they will al be in a big group because its a GM! but if it is a player made RP there will not be much people, also i wish that you would make training magic easier - wither by lowering the price or just simply easier lvl up, if it is both ways it is almost impossible to train it and thus discourage noobies to go and play, or to have an objective in the game, If there are no Events made by Gm's and it is super hard to train, what is the point odf playing PS? just to stand there? i have experienced some rping, it was fun but not many people will join, i tried to get a lot of poeople to join even just the non rpers or the people i dont know, but only some went with me and some are just sooo whats the word? snoby or somthing? that they wont even talk to me, i try to make a nice RP or a big event not by GMs but by normal people but the others will think it is a bad RP because there are no advantages, except when it has money involved then maybe, but money is also hard to come by these days, it is not fun to just stay there in one place and dig your life out [i know some people who even use 2 accounts 1 to dig one to play]and thus no money for other people to join the RP where as a GM has all the money in all yliakum......anyways i rest it here i gt get back to my magic train

It is very hard to Train magic as it gets very laggy when i cast magic all over and over again, i mean real laggy like i have to force kill my program to get it back not that magic is hard enough -- so much trias to spened on it plus the boringness of just sitting there, this bug is really really annoying and i have not seen any help thread that could lessen the lag, also on fight lags i get lags while hitting monsters in which case when i am out hunting, the monster ends up killing me than me kill it

is it possible to get winch acces both legal and illegal ways? i did the illegal way and now i am regretting it beacsue i ahve most of the legal way done and people say that you get more quests doing the legal way... so i was wondering if it was possible
