I\'m having the same difficulty as the folks above. Click on next button and nothing happens. The server never responds. and CP is at 0 or -1. Lovely music playing while you try though :-)

Is the problem any closer to getting fixed? Perhaps you could have character creation seperate from the game server? that way the game server wouldn\'t have to take care of that. A web interface would work just fine I think and could be done at the account creation page.

from the previews I can say the remake was well done, well written, and looked great.

I can also say it wasn\'t Battlestar galactica. It had the same name and the characters had the same names but that was the only similarity. why couldn\'t they have called it something else and said it was inspired by the old series?

doesn\'t mean it isn\'t a good show just that is definitely isn\'t battlestar galactica.

depends on what kind of network you want to set up

samba allows windows clients to access Linux servers and vice versa. also linux is made for networking so it has excellent support for a number of protocols.
