« on: May 29, 2002, 07:54:44 am »
Years have passed... Galeran, at the top of his power is now a powerful sorcerer...
Laanx\'s Yliakum temple has been finished, and the bells have rang for many \"holy\" comings of
Laanx\'s avatar, now called DarkenClaw by Laanx\'s followers...

In the darkness of some secret sub-cave in Yliakum, a calm but strong voice speaks :
\"This task has been successfuly accomplished. You deserve my consideration Traax...\"
Suddenly, a ray of light coming from Laanx\'s temple lights the entrance of the cave...
A piece of silver with a mouth drawn on it, and a small platinium dagger shone in the dark...
\"My Godness, it is my duty to follow your orders. But I have a special request to ask for...\"
\"Go on... Maybe I\'ll grant it to you...\"
\"I ask the permission to keep an eye on Galeran. You must certainly have heard about...\"
The voice interrupts Traax :\"Granted ! And by the way... if you find it, destroy it. It must never be shown to anyone...\".
Without a word, Traax, raised his right hand ; a ring glowed in the dark... The illusion wall hiding the cave disappeared an Traax began to walk in the direction of the temple... As a priest, he had the authorization to live there. He was living in a small three-room, including a bedroom, a living room and a library. During the ten past years, he became one of Laanx\'s hightest servants... The young unfaithful lemur had turned into Laanx\'s High sacrificer... This title had been earned the role he had in the battles between Laanx\'s and Talad\'s followers ; with more than a hundread victims, Traax was Laanx\'s first defender.
As he entered the temple, a shiver of pleasure covered his back... Long time hated Galeran would now be dead in a few days... As he passed before Laanx\'s representative\'s appartements, a smile appeared on his face. Even if Traax would take a particular pleasure in killing Galeran, he was also acting for Laanx. The wizard had grown very powerful... rumors stated that he had his own temple built and protected by a magic as strong as a god\'s... located in the Stone Labyrinths !
Galeran had gone too far this time...  In Traax\'s mind, he digged his own grave.
Traax entered his appartements and layed on his bed. Sleep came... And so did nightmares, remembering Traax all his victims\' faces...
The day after, Traax got up early. According to his agents, Galeran was supposed to meet the
Xachas still in the Labyrinth ; Traax knew he wouldn\'t. Opening a small chest, he got a dark
ring, with a crown and a dagger on it, out from the chest. Sliping the ring on his finger,  he
felt really lighter. He looked himself into the mirror, and was not fully visible... The ring of
concealment Laanx had offered him was working really well, even after two years of intensive use.
Traax silently opened the door and rushed for the temple\'s entrance, where Galeran Tarbius should
be waiting for his personnal escort to start his annual journey to the Xacha\'s camp.
When Traax entered in the entrance hall, Galeran was just living. Traax followed him silently. Galeran didn\'t even noticed it. At one of the multiple hidden entrance of the labyrinths, Galeran raised his hand. A ring similar to Traax\'s shone and the cave\'s wall disappeared. Traax entered in the Labyrinths quickly. The magical wall re-appeared. Traax was now alone in the mythic Stone Labyrinths. Galeran would pay his offense to Laanx\'s power.

Darkness. That\'s what Traax thought, as he was going deeper and deeper in some unknown area of
the Labyrinths... Galeran had really nothing to do there, and the Xacha\'s old camp was on the opposite side of the Labyrinths. At least, a light appeared. It was magic light. A magic light ?
In a civilisation-less part of the Labyrinths ?! As Traax was following Galeran and entering a huge cave, he thought he would loose his mind. A forest of giants trees, in such a place ?!
Incredulous, Traax saw a river, that Galeran was crossing using a wooden bridge. He followed the traitor, who was now at the edge of the forest. Suddenly, a shadow jumped from a tree and appeared before the traitor. Traax, who was quite far of Galeran did not understood what they were saying. As they were talking, they walked in the forest, but Traax did not dare to follow them. Now he had lost Galeran, he knew the traitor\'s death would no be for that day.
Wondering were the light could come from, he looked at the end of the cave, but saw nothing because of the giants trees. So he decided to climb a tree to see the end of the cave...
For a lemur, that wasn\'t really an easy task. Two times smaller than a normal Xacha, Traax had got lot of problems to get to the top of the tree. Sweating, he finally had a look at the end of the cave...
