Bug Title: Character Creation Birth Event - Can\'t click scroll up

Bug Details:
On Character Creation, in the Birth Events screen, the top left selection list box has text that goes past the scroller arrows on the right.
If the text happens to go over a scroll arrow, the user can not select the scroll arrow to go up, which forces the user to have to use the keyboard is the scroller box is also covered.
