"Cheathealing"
« on: June 08, 2005, 12:54:48 pm »
It seems that whenever player logs on to ps his health, mana and stamina is refilled.
This can be used to instantly heal your character and thus allowing anyone to defeat enemies that are otherwise too tough. It can also be used simply to heal the char faster than normal regeneration allows.

Could this be solved by placing some kind of timer on the characters, so that they won\'t be healed all the way when they enter the game if the \"natural regeneration\" wouldn\'t have filled it in that time they have been away?

Wrong forum. This needs to go in Crystal Blue bugs or Wish List. ;)

\"Ahem...\"
Read this sticky (which you should have read already).

Post only Mac-specific issues here. That\'s not Mac-specific.

P.S. Moogie meant Mac-specific, not all problems... Read the stickies.
P.P.S. The board description is \"Problems specific of the Mac OSX platform only\"

Well yes I have \"Read this sticky (which you should have read already)\"
I wasn\'t that sure where to put that in any case... wether it is mac or cross platform specific.
Bah, sorry for messing up.

Ok, s\'alright. It\'s just really crazy with all these posts flying around in the wrong places. Half of them are Mac specific and end up in the normal CB bugs forum and then a few of them are non-mac specific but end up over here. It\'s no biggy, really, though. Some mod\'ll stop by eventually and move this to one of those two forums.

It should simply store the state your char was in when you quit. Then you\'ll still have low HP / mana / stamina when logging back in. You continue where you left off in all other areas, as well (except things that obviously cannot be controlled, like MOBs and other players), so why would this need to be different? ;)
