./psserver problems
« on: April 01, 2006, 09:08:13 am »
A while ago I installed the CVS of PlaneShift (latest @ Mar 28 or thereabouts) for development purposes. Up until recently things have been going okay, but I\'ve hit a snag in that when I enable PSServer with the \"ready\" command, it isn\'t showing up in the client\'s \"servers\" box.

This is happening with the debug version of MySQL 5.0 already installed and running, with databases loaded.

I\'ve already tried checking the PlaneShift config files but they don\'t seem to specify where PS should look for a server (Internet/LAN.)

Can anyone help? This has been confusing me for about 3 days now.

You need to add your local server to the data/servers.xml configuration file.

Code: [Select]
