Deror finds the Greater Potion of Healing near his studio. Heading in with the bottle in hand, he uncorks it but hears a bang. The menki sets the bottle on the counter. Clearly something has exploded in the kiln. Muttering unrepeatable things, he carefully removes the Red Way glyph that powers the device, but not carefully enough - he burns his arm. Meanwhile, a glob of glaze drips into the potion bottle off of the shelf. Deror figures he may as well take a swig of the potion while he waits for the kiln to cool. He walks back outside with it, downing large gulps. The glaze was made of substances no living being was ever meant to ingest - it changes the potion's composition so the drinker will burst into flames. Once the last drop is gone, Deror curls up and lets out a roar - not an animal one but the roar of a fast-burning bonfire.

Deror drops a menki-shaped lump of charcoal.

Ardoin, being the kind who says not to waste anything, picks up the menki-shaped lump of coal, and uses it for his metallurgy. While about to combine the coal and iron, he gets his hands burnt. He then remembers that he should have worn gloves that day. While Ardoin tries to look for the quench tank, he instead comes upon one of the mindless smithies, and is hammered until he is nothing but a fine dust, scattering into the wind. But one item wasn't hammered to dust...

Ardoin dropped a spare pair of undergarments that have recently been cleaned.

Locating this wonderful pair of undergarments, Tanosn decides to put them into storage, along with every other item he locates on his adventures. While searching for a place to store the undergarments in the cluttered room, Tanosn slips on a rolling pin, flailing and placing the garments over his head, suffocating to death.

An old fashioned (equip-able!) riveter tumbles out of storage.

Maisent drops a teeth white strip

Timil finds the Teeth White Strip and tries to use it to brighten his smile. It turns out to be cursed, and causes his teeth to rot and fall out as he is sleeping. Timil ends up choking to death on his own teeth.

Timil drops a leather gauntlet.

Chays uses the leather gauntlet to pick up a lump of gold ore he found lying in the middle of the road.

"That a'int yours, boy."

The voice comes from behind him, and a golden sabre's blade is placed at his throat. It burns to the touch, blotches of crimson rapidly spreading, marring his medium-red skin.

"Someone could've tripped over it. I was only moving it out of the way," he lies nonchalantly, relatively certain the sound of his heart thumping against his chest is giving away how scared he truly is. "Didn't your mother teach you not to leave your things lying around?"

His voice is increasingly strangled as he speaks. Before the bandit can even cut him, the Ynnwn's throat swells and he suffocates, dropping to the ground and clutching at his throat, eyes watering, unable to even let his moans of pain escape. He passes without dignity.

Chays drops a shoelace.

[Dannae]

Dannae comes across the shoelace while skipping down the road and stops to pick it up. Being the fine upstanding priestess she is, she makes her way immediately to the nearest tavern in hopes of locating its rightful owner. Entering the doorway with a quick glance around, she notes the distinctly enkien patronage this day. Her good nature and ever present enthusiasm to enjoy a bit of fun forms an idea deep inside her brilliant mind.

Swiftly retrieving the ownerless shoelace from her pack, she dangles and jiggles the long string in front of the semi-coherant fluffinesses before her and shouts out, "Here kitty kitties! Who wants to come play!"

In the ensuing mass of springing, leaping and swiping of unsheathed claws and reining general pandemonium caused by the overly excited enkien furries flying all around, Dannae is reduced to a shredded pile of bluish-green ribbons which could be made into pretty bows, but unfortunately, for her, it is the end.

She drops a paintbrush.

* Rigwyn picks up the paintbrush, then looks down at Dannae's mangled corpse. With a hideous grin, he dips the brush into her blood, then paints a set of wings on the floor to the sides of her body, a set of horns on her forehead, and a long, twisty tale with a smooth, rounded tip at the end. He kneels before the corpse and prays silently to the BlackFlame for her body to be re-animated as a succubus (or whatever the Planeshift equivalent might be called ). As he concludes the dark prayer, he takes the brush and drives it into his own heart - sacrificing his own life.

He drops a length of rope.

Licina was riding her rivnak, when she suddenly sees the two corpses aside of the road.

"What HAPPENED?" she screams in panic. She quickly rides to Hydlaa to inform the guards and to arange a funeral for Dannae and Rigwyn. As she rides back to show the guards where she found the bodies, she notices a length of rope. "Just what I needed!"she thinks, and puts the rope in her pocket.

After the funeral, she remembers about the length of rope, collects some nice polished gems and some glyphs and starts to bread the rope. When she is finished, she has made a nice belt with all kinds of colored gems and magical glyphs. She puts on the belt and rides to Archilaya, to help her make pie. After a few minutes, she cuts herself when cutting the pie into slices. "Nice opportunity to test my new magical belt!" As she casts Life Infusion, she doesnt notice how the powers of all the glyphs combine, making a powerful spell that kills the caster.

As she dissappears, she drops a "Finest slice of apple cinnamon pie"

Tanner walks down the street and a most incredible aroma hits his nose, drawn to it he follows sniffing the air as he tracks down this most grand smell.
Then at last he spots the prize siting there abandoned but welcoming, He looks around but spots no one while slowly edging towards the most finest slice of apple pie he had ever seen.

Tanner slowly reaches down to grab this Talad sent gift, but as he does the spell granting him the strength to haul the bag filled with platinum fades and Tanners back snaps killing him instantly and sending his face flat into the pie.
