Vakachehk wanders after getting out of Death Realm, and finds his Ornate Galkard, he runs up to grab it... but ends up tripping over a rock and lands on his Galkard stabbing him in his heart.

After Vakachehks body had re-spawned into the death realm, he drops his Ornate Galkard with a menki heart pierced though it.

It turns out the drop of water has just enough poison to kill, it ends up in Ardoin's drinking water, killing him.

Ardoin dropped a grim encrusted ulbernaut liver.

Travosh picks up the unicorn fish to study, and goes to fly off the pool of stealth to do so, then realizes gliding isnt implemented and plummets to his demise.
