If you click on "My Account" you will access your profile information page. There you have:
a "Username" which is your login
a "Title" (for example: Prospect) that identifies your role inside PlaneShift organization
a "Status": this is very important because tells you if your prospect application is still under approval, it's approved or rejected. If
you application is rejected you will see a "reason of rejection" and at this point you can
jsut update your profile to have the profile be submitted again for approval. For example the information provided can be insufficient, so we reject with "provide a better portfolio", when you have a better one, just update your profile and your status will be moved to under approval again.
Department: this is the area in which you decided to apply
