[Linux] Object '_p_laanx_entrance2hydlaa_plaza' is not closed
« on: December 13, 2004, 06:41:51 am »
Hello,

I could create an Account. But when entering the world there is an error and the client crashes:

Quote
cel.persist.classic: Adding PC \'pcinventory\' to Entity \'world\'
Before LoadMapFile: time=69303
Load TYPE plugin crystalspace.mesh.object.emit
WARNING! Object \'_p_laanx_entrance2hydlaa_plaza\' is not closed!
./psclient: line 6:  6010 Speicherzugriffsfehler  ./psclient-bin

Speicherzugriffsfehler is a Memory Access Error. Any Idea ?

Regards,

Dennis

Binaries? Nope, they usually don\'t work, compile from source instead

You might want to try running a memtest.  Boot off a cd and do memtest86 etc.  If you get errors like that you might have some bad ram.
