install problem

once i downloaded the files (file 1 t/m 5 and the reassembler) i ran the run_me_first thing and a exe file came up that didnt do anything. i tried a few things and still didn\'t work so i decided to download all the files again to make sure i did it the right. this time the run_me_first.bat doesn\'t do anything. it just pops for 1 sec and gets closed. no exe at all. can anyone help me please?

try to d/l the files again...
eventually try the secondary source. compare the file sizes. Then run the assembler again. If you get the .exe file it sohould usually be fine.

Edit: oh, and there are md5 sums on the bottom of the page. so the easiest thing to verify the downloads is to check the md5 sums.

(dunno how that works on win, but afaik its described somewhere in the forums)
