Did you create your character? After creating it (either quick or custom creation), you click the button called upload, then you enter planeshift.fragnetics.com in the server-field, your name and password. Then you are ready to play

its wierd though because when I create the char n stuff, I put the name in and then I push custom creation
and then its like (Remove any spaces and numbers from the field and try again)
all I did was put my username lol. I even tried to press custom create first and then try the other stuff but still the same craziness.

or is it that Ylian race isnt available -_-)

Its after you created your characters look.
You cant have any spaces, numbers or \' in your name.

I havent been able to create an account though because of the stupid error where it tells me not to enter any numbers or spaces within a name. I put SaTsuJiN and press enter, theres no way theres any numbers or spaces in that. I cant even get to specify my characters appearance menu because of this

Try to use only lower cases, and see if it works.
