-The DLAYO SLAYER Championship                       -[Nexus of Devotion Event Sunday 21st June: 1500gmt]

[The objective is very simple. The winner is the participant who defeats the most dlayos in 5 minutes.]

A cloaked figure creeps through the Plaza entering the Arena passages. At the main entrance he looks furtively around..& quickly nails a notice to the wall

[Fees are the prizemoney plus a bit extra hehe.]

Condemned are those Dlayos who stand against the mighty Warriors of Yliakum. To enter this Tourney, ANYONE can pay the fee of 40 Circles To any senior Devotee of Nexus. The use of Magery is forbidden to Combatants, except to heal themselves. Defensive casting is allowed, prior to combat.
                                                                                                         Due to the dangerous nature of the pit, devotees of Nexus will provide security, closing the pit to the public till the event expires. Anyone entering the pit during this time will be sent to the Death Realm. Any weapon can be used in any combination. Anyone found casting offensive spells in the pit, competing or otherwise, will be sent to the Death Realm.                                     [Note: Nexus devotees providing security WILL use magery, if need be.]
[This event will if successful, will be repeated in many guises. Teams against dlayos in 5 minutes, or male(s) versus female(s).]

[This is not about "PWNing", the pit. This is about running an event without any outside elements interfering.]

The only thing I will note is that a few more warning signs could perhaps be posted to warn n00bz. If I am correct last time there was only one at the front entrance?

I would place one either side of the actual entrance to the pit, and if a n00b doesn't stop to read, he deserves his five minutes in Death Realm.

with a lot of misspells and written by a not very literate individual in common tongue and in what looks like they are runic shaped anagrams, a piece of torn parchment deliberately missing one part appears nailed in one of the lower benches oriented to the dlayo pit:

'sponsrin the finesest dlayo sleeyers. offerin fore handred udditinel circleses if the winner belong to the devotes clan. Sign, Ma...'*parchment torn*

Through nessesity i'll OOC post details - Devils in the details -

Yes you can use potions, magical items (magical helms or rings etc).
No you cannot cast defensive spells ONCE your fighting the 1st Dlayo.
Once you time is up finish the last Dlayo if he lives.
weapons of ANY KIND can be used in any combination.

Well i think the DlayoSlayer Tourney went well... My special thanks to Dalot and Perlan for covering me, & allowing me to focus on timekeeping and killcounts. Phaat & Dalot Tied the tourney and will settle the Tie with a best of 3 Duel. The Prizemoney including takings was 670k.

Results :  Phaat =11 ,Dalot =11, Odin = 10, Landolinus =10 Akashani =9, Kiqamu = 8, Egelorie = 6, Erekno = 5, Leafy & Perlan = 2 each
