Hello! This tread is for Forum Administrators 
I cannot reply to Personal Messages sent to me, and I can't even send one myself!!
When I try to send a new message all I get is:
An Error Has Occurred!
You are not allowed to send personal messages.
I looked into my profile, account and settings but the problem persist. 
Please can some Administrator thake a look at this?
