Delete character button before login

Hi.

I think it is very important to discuss about this matter. I dont know about you others, but i just almost accidentally deleted my character. This wouldnt be the best experience for a player, to accidentally delete their character while login in. So i would like to see the button moved a lot far, so nobody could ever missclick it. Thank you for your time.

Not only do you have to press the delete character button, but you have to then press another yes button to say your sure, then you also have to add your password. I've only head of this happening once, and that player must have been paying absolutely no attention to what they were doing. I'm not sure why you think this is so easy to do?

My bad, i only thought that there is the yes/no option and no password cofirmation. You see, i didnt care to press 'yes' to see what happens thus i didnt know about it. But now that im a bit clever about this matter i close this threat. Thanks.

I agree had the other steps not been in place this would be  something to be looked into, I have almost clicked it a few times myself.
But I have also deleted a char many many years ago so I thought there was steps to continue and fully do it. B

AFAIR, the position of the "Delete character" button was already at a much worse position in earlier versions of PlaneShift, close to where you just clicked a button before.
