Feel free to join this battle! in this thread Thekkurs rules don\'t apply, it\'s just plain fun!

The immense plains of Kunar are overshadowed by thick black clouds. Red and yellow lightning bolts flash through the air, and you smell the sound of war. On this day, the future of lands under the Azure Sun will be decided, as mighty armies battle for the reign over all the lands. Thekkur the dwarven warrior finds himself in the middle of a giant legion of dwarves, and together they march forward over the dorren plain of Kunar. Before him are at least 3 rows of stonebreakers with mighty two-handed axes, smithed by the dwarven smiths of Hengr?n. Behind and to his sides are other dwarves, wielding maces, battleaxes, warhammers and Ugroshes. Then a command of one of the leaders sounds, and the ranks stand ground. In the distance another legion is visible, but it\'s clear these aren\'t allies... Bloodred banners and pinacles with rotten heads skewered on them point out of the , and Demonish warcries and curses make the dwarven hearts even more furious. Thekkur knows this is the battle for the future of  Yliakum. On these plains armies of men, dwarves, elves, and all other races have gathered to defeat the forces of evil for once and for all.

Then something moves in the distance, and thousands of orcs charge at the Dwarven ranks. The dwarves stand like stone, but then, as the orcish army is only 50 feet away and Thekkur can already see their rotten mouths wide open, screaming and yelling, the dwarven legion moves forward as one man, and as they run forward Thekkur shouts on top of his lungs together with all dwarves: Baruk Khazad! Khazad ai-m?nu!
Then the two armies meet, and a thundering wave goes through the rows as the dwarves and the orcs clash. Blood spatters around and adrenaline flows freely through Thekkurs veigns as he gets engaged in the chaos of battle. Before him a dwarf falls, and the large orc that slaugtered him leaps forward. Thekkur can just move out of it\'s way and as it passes him he strikes the orc full on his back. In one movement he swings at another orc he saw passing by from the corner of his eye, and this one he strikes on the shoulder. New rows of Dwarves come up behind him, and Thekkur finds himself now in the front. Everywhere around him he sees orcish jaws and shields, and black blood spats on his face. Then a the dwarves start a war song, this time not in the secret dwarven language, but in common, for everyone free to hear and fear.

Aye!
though under mountains where we dwell
we seldom smell a battle\'s smell
we dwarves know better how to wield
an axe or mace or sword and shield
than many race that praise themselves
like kobolds trolls and orcs and elves!

Wield your axe with strength at heart

[Bill]

Bill gallops forth under a cloudy sky and reaches a long ledge sticking over large plains where the armies of Demorians, Lemurs, Ylians, Krans, and Orcs collide.

\"The war of five armies\", he whispers as he reaches the edge. He leaps off his horse and pulls a bow off its sadle and then a large quiver full of arrows.

He drops the quiver on the ground, but not before grabbing a few arrows. He falls to his stomach and remain hidden from view. He loads an arrow into his bow and creeps to the edge.

He eyes the many orcs going for the dwarven army. Bill was dwarven and knew who he must protect the most. He loaded his bow and aimed at an orc near the front. \"Fly hard, fly swift\", he whispers as he lets go of the arrow. It flys over the fields, accross many battles, and lands in the chest of the orc who falls down, dead.

Bill smiles, and fires two more arrows. One lands in the arm of an orc, who is then distracted and a dwarf slices its head off. The other lands right between the eyes of another orc and straight out the back of his head, pushing him backwards and running into another orc in which the blade of the arrow cuts it and kills it two.

Bill loads his arrow and stops, and thinks. \"What was it\", he murmurs. \"Hmm. Ah yes!\", he whispers in triumph, \"Baruk Gazeem Kada Relle!\" The tip of his arrow lights up with fire and he releases it. It flys through the crowd and hits an orc who lights on fire and burns several orc around it.

Bill then has an idea. He grabs a nearby rock and some leaves from a tree that was now gone. He wraps the leaves around the rock and lights another arrow on fire. He touches it to the leaves, and fire engulfs the rock. Bill quickly tosses it at a group of orcs below him and they all light on fire.

Bill smiles in triumph, fires a few more arrows, and heads down into battle.

[Cyonamie]

Cyonamie flys swiftly into battle on his Dermorian horse Moonlance , whipping his bow out, he rides no handed towards the orcs, stacking two arrows on top of each other and letting them fly at the closest enemy, as one orc falls Cyonamie sees the arm of another orc fly off as a Stonebreaker dwarf hacks at it fiercly with his sword, now in the heat of battle, and to close to arch, Cyonamie flips off of his horse and whips out his Elven sword Orc Bane , which he had used in many fights, including a duel with the great warrior Eruinn.  The sword shimmers with fire as the orcs come near, Cyonamie is surrounded by 5 of them!  Cyonamie slashed down one, and stabbed backwards at one behind, but another was already attacking him!  He saw the small but mighty dwarf Bill kill it just as the orc came down on him(ooc: sorry Bill if that wasnt in ur schedule;)).  He called for Moonlance and leaped on to him, going towards the Ylians, seeing them struggle to kill the orc ranks...

[Bill]

Bill nods a \"your welcome\" to Cyonamie, grabs an arrow from his quiver, and stabs it into the head of a nearby orc.

Cyonamie swings his sword into the side of a orc, splattering blood on Bill\'s boots.  Bill readies his arrow and loads three arrows into it. He pulls them back and lets them go into the back of another orc. He pulls two of the arrows out of its back after its dead, and stabs them into two other orcs.

Bill swings left and right, cutting through about 12 orcs, until he comes out the other side of the battle and hurries up onto a small cliff. \"Embreidiam!\", he shouts, and a red spark shoots from his finger-tips and hits an orc, making his legs explode. Bill shoots an arrow into the back of what was left of the orc, and its body finally stopped moving.

Bill loaded a few more arrows and shot them into the back of two orcs, which Cyonamie then gracefully decapitated. Bill lept from the cliff and landed onto of an orc and he furiously stabs it. It falls to the ground, but a hand of an orc places itself on Bill\'s shoulder.

It forces him around and races its axe. Bill ducks and cuts its feet off. It falls down on its ankles and drops its axe because it was screaming so hard. Bill stuck his sword into the torso of the orc and it fell forward, and shivered for a moment until it died.

Bill got up and once again loaded his bow.

[Cyonamie]

Cyonamie was standing infront of Bill, killing the orcs that came in at them, as Bill loaded his bow, Cyonamie flipped behind Bill, his sword pointing out, Cyonamie muttered words in Elvish, and six orcs in front of him suddenly were yanked to the ground by giant roots, this left them as open targets and shields, Bill launched arrows at the orcs, kill them on contact...............

ooc: sorry i couldnt add any more! but ive got to go now, ill post more later, been fun for now(and restrain from so many losses of heads Bill;) jk.

Whitti rides at the head of a legion, the Azure Order clan. They come from many nations and many races, but there battled hardened weapons have one purpose, to kill!

On his left rides Kendrick, a Lemur, on his right Binarius, an Xacha. Next to Kendrick rides Shredderis, a Klyros.

Soon a chant goes up from the legion:

\"For one purpose we stand tonight,
To fight and maybe die,
Our country we protect right now,
Our Wives and our sons,

The Azure sun drives us on,
Our banners salute the brave,
Laanx and Talads cause we raise,
The bravest of the brave....\"

The blue banners clashed with the orcs, breaking ranks of them as they rode. Archers from behind shot down Evil creatures, and the orcs sunk where the Azure order advanced.

[Bill]

Whitti rode forth on his mighty steed and beamed down at the orc cowering before him. Whitti lept off his horse, and pulled out his sword. \"Foolish orc! The Azure Order has come to par, fear us now, fear us forever! For we are, the mighty!\", yelled Whitti, and he stabbed the sword right into the orc\'s chest. He pulled his blade from the wound, but the orc began to smile. Bill pondered what was happening until he saw an orc a few yards away chanting spells. \"Whitti! Its a trap! Run!\", yelled Bill.

Whitti did as he was instructed right away. He lept on his mighty steed and rode as fast as he could, he motioned for several others of the Azure Order close by to run. The orc who was chanting raised his hands, forced a strong, orcish word, and the other orc exploded. A few dwarves flew through the air and fell to the ground, dead from the blast. Mostly orcs died though, thankfully.

Bill screamed in anger and violentaly stabbed at the head of the orc who had exploded. A fire ignited on Bill\'s shoe, which he quickly took off and threw away. The orc mage walked through the crowd and cornered Bill. It smiled and said, in a raspy voice,  \"Kaskadoosh Narreeeeem.\" The blade of Bill\'s sword melted, and it heated with every second the mage concentrated. Angered even more, Bill rushed suddenly at the mage and stabbed his sword into it. The blade, and the heat hurt the orc bad enough to put his hand on his forhead and shout, \"Dakasha Tarook Varady!\" Bill realized what the spell was and quickly ran away.

The mage exploded and Bill flew through the air and landed back inside the battle with two of his fingers broken. He used his left hand and grabbed a dagger in his belt. He stabbed at an orc holding an axe until it was dead, threw the dagger at another orc, and took the axe. He lept forth and slashed at the neck of an orc, its head dropped forward held by some vein, and it fell forward.

Bill was covered in the black mud that the orcs called blood, and he raced forward and the cut arm off of another orc. It screamed, and Bill grabbed for its sword. He picked it up and stabbed it threw the orc\'s torso. He pushed the orc forward and stabbed the other end of the sword into another orc. Bill slashed again at another orc, who fell dead quicker than usual.

Suddenly Bill felt a strange force and was suddenly being lifted into the air! Another mage was under him, chanting more orcish spells. Bill raised higher, and finally he was inside of a cloud. The force slowly disappeared, and Bill dropped.

He fell, fell all the way from a distance only the Klyros race had reached. He hit the ground, and his legs contorted in strange ways. A fellow dwarf came over and looked at Bill, tangled partly in his own legs. He breathed a heavy sigh and put his hands on Bill\'s legs. \"Kroosh Kombek Clefut\", he said, and he dropped dead. Bill\'s legs went back to normal, and all his wounds healed, and the blood from the orcs disappeared. Bill put his hand on the for-head of the dwarf. \"May the power of Laanx and Talad guide you in the after-life of the true warriors\", and he set off to fight again.

[Cyonamie]

Cyonamie rode forth towards Bill, yet another orc was on him, this one a shaman(ooc: a shaman is a tribal cleric), the shaman chanted \"Muetis mortos, alrahos!\" and Bill was hit by an invisible hammer, hard in the stomach, Bill rolled over in pain, as Cyonamie leaped off Moonlance, chanting in the elven tongue the spell that would counter it by destroying the shamans staff, his link to his power, Cyonamie said,\" Taroughtis lunis Illutis!\" and not only did the shamans staff burst into flame, but the shaman itself did!  Cyonamie quickly shouted for a druid to come and help Bill, but as the druid came over, it was Cyonamie who needed the assistance, for orcs were circleing the three, their roar was enough to scare an ogre, yet as Bill got up, they suddenly realized how powerfull and angry dwarf could be, and within seconds Bill had killed 5 orcs, only 3 remaing, Cyonamie took 2, and the druid one.  Cyonamie then looked at Bill giving him a \"now were even look\"

[Bill]

Bill smiled then threw his axe over Cyonamie\'s shoulder, an inch away from his face, right into the head of an orc behind him.

Suddenly Bill heard screams, louder than the usual ones. Bill and Cyonamie turned to see 12 Demorians fly through the air, blood alongside them.

Bill ran to stop the killer, but as he got there 5 dwarves flew through the air right over him. A dark soldier walked into the crowd carrying a silver mace. It glowed green, for it had the Incranus spell caste upon it, one of the 3 ultimate spells used by the shaman who served Laanx and Talad so long ago.

The figure swung his mace to the left, and 10 more dwarves flew to the side. Bill ran towards him, and threw a dagger at the figure. It went through its arm. It screamed and ran at Bill. It swung hard, and Bill flew high, and landed on his arm. He broke his arm, but stood up again, grabbing a dagger on the ground.

He walked up to the figure, who was once again swinging his mace, and stabbed his dagger threw its head. It screamed and fell forward, dead. Bil picked up the mace and gave a triumphant smile.

He raised his mace and said, \"Bharuk Khazad, Khazad Ai-Menu!\" He ran up to the orc army and swung his mighty mace, and destroyed about a fourth of the army.

Suddenly three arrows flew through the crowd and hit Bill\'s mace out of his hand. The force of the arrows and its impact to the ground broke it and the spell ceased. Bill frowned, but raised a sword of a fallen orc. \"WE WILL WIN MY BRETHREN!\", he shouted and ran back into battle.

[Cyonamie]

Cyonamie\'s orc bane glowed bright enough to light the Temple of Laanx!  As the orcs closed in around him, he slashed at three, picking up an axe that seemed to glow golden in the mud, he tosses towards Bill, who caught it with ease, Bill then swung in around testing it, taking off three orc heads in the process, as the armies of elves, humans, dwarves, and humanoids came together as one, it looked as if they were going to win, untill the shreik of gnolls in the distance made them freeze in there tracks..................

Then, a new warrior entered the fray. It was Daystar, the Klyros hunter who wielded the Twinstar Scimitars, Lethuin and Jilan and wore a light chitinous scale mail, covering his body like an exoskeleton. He rode a strong Arnalocus male, a type of bul creature. As he charged the Orcish lines, he unstrapped the twin Scimitars from his back and imbued them with magic from the Crystal way. The Arnalocus struck the Orcish lines with a terrifying roar, when it was impaled by many spears. Daystar leaped from his dying steed with incredible strength and agility, unfolded his wings in mid-air, and opened his Crystal Plane. The magic enfolded him and charged him with a holy blight. A bright light shone from his eyes. Then, he flew done, into the disorderly Orcish ranks. There, the slaughter began...
The Twinstar Scimitars moved faster then the eyes could see, and where Daystar went, Orcs died. Unchallenged he plunged deep into th heart of the Orcish Ranks. But then, he heard a furious roar, and he saw a dark looming shape approach. It was a large Orcish Commander, imbued with the dreadful of the Red Way, the way of Chaos. The chieftain wielded a large 2-sided war-axe. He slashed his way to Daystar, killing many of his own waariors in doing so. Daystar immediately realised he was no match for the beast based on raw strength, that he would need all his tactical finesse. But even then he felt how his magic began to weaken and his body falter...

[Bill]

To General made its way closer to Daystar, who just stood there in horror. It raised its mighty axe in mid-air but suddenly an arrow whizzed straight into the palm of the General. It screamed and let its axe fall, and its guard. Daystar chopped its arm off, but then it grabbed the axe again and swung at Daystar, slicing skin off of Daystar\'s chest. Two more arrows flew into the chest of the General. Daystar turned around and saw it was Bill.

Bill ran forward and two more arrows impaled its chest. It fell down, and Daystar stabbed his scimitars straight into its chest. It was dead, and triumph ran threw DayStar and Bill. But still, the war raged on, and procrastination was not a choice.

[Cyonamie]

Cyonamie leaped forward, slashing at the gnolls as they finnally caught up to the fight, the orc bane now less effective verse them but still extremely strong, Cyonamie saw Bill and Daystar struggeling to hold off hte inclosing enemies, so Cyonamie whistled a loud melodic tune and ten dermorians appeared in the distance each on a horse about the size of Moonlance, they charged forward to help Bill and Daystar, but now it was Cyonamie who was struggling, Cyonamie summoned an element of air to hold off the gnolls long enough to go over towards Bill and the others, together they would be stronger.................

[Bill]

Bill saw Cyonamie running forth, and told Daystar. DayStar turned around and started sprinting towards Cyonamie. Bill stared, baffled by DayStar\'s actions, until he realize 5 orcs with axes raised above their heads, only a few yards away from Cyonamie.

\"Shez Treme!\", shouted DayStar, and he pointed his finger tips and it shot straight at Cyonamie. Cyonamie was engulfed in a green bubble and was pulled towards DayStar just as the orcs slashed at Cyonamie. DayStar ceased the spell and shot a small lightning bolt at the group of orcs. They flew up and slammed against the ground.

Bill put his sword blade outwards and ran threw the crowd. He cut some insides out of a few orcs and finally sliced one in half. He got its arm and slammed it into the head of another orc, in which he then thrust his sword into.

Bill suddenly got an idea. He ran out of the conundrum and up a small hill. He whistle a piercing whistle that was lifted with the passing wind. Suddenly a loud screach poisoned the air and a few orcs dropped in pain, apparently the orcs could not take the screaches. The armies took advantage of this and fought more bravely. A pterosaur soured down to Bill\'s side, which he then patted and mounted.

They soured into the sky, and Bill directed him over the crowd, telling it to screach while Bill killed the orcs. Eventually over a thousand orcs died, yet several hundred of the allied forces were dead.

Then there came the rumbling. Later, many years proceeding this war, the rumble was famed as the \"Rumble of Chaos\". The rumble grew, grew to the size of an earth quake\'s power.

The dwarves stumbled, and the horses rampaged in fear. They fled, and the army as left alone with only the supplies they held. They looked up into the craggy mountain side of Mountain Waria and a large fleet of orcs, riding on the backs of rabid wolves, flowed forth toward the battle grounds.

[Cyonamie]

Cyonamie yelled out in the Elven tongue, screaming for victory as he lunged forward at the new foes.  As he was running, he pointed his hand out at the foes, and chanted the words, \"Tares, Enenmeroes, Korsotos!\" And the land in front of about 20 orcs shot up and the orcs flew, hitting the ground hard and dieing instantly.  But the wolfs could run fast and an orc had caught up to Cyonamie, Cyonamie knew that if the orc slashed at him he would be doomed, for Cyonamie had lightly crafted armor of mithril rings and enchanted leather from the hide of Life Bane Wolf.  Doing all that he could, Cyo swung his sword up to parry the primitive mace of the orc, due to the lightness of his armor, Cyo manuevered around to the back of the orc and stabbed into his back, hearing the bones crack light small bits of lightning, he knew the orc was finished( OOC: >>sorry if it got a little gory there<< ).  Cyonamie saw Daystar and Bill standing beside him, waiting for the orcs to come, could they be waiting for death, or will victory prevail for the Klyros Hunter Daystar, the Free Knight Cyonamie(Paladin), and the Mighty Warrior Bill?
