games at oja {casino typed}

ok guys the h'okyba da ojaveda is thinking of bringing a games night to oja maybe do it again if it works well but before we dedicate any more information we need lots of ppl to help us with this. we require volaunteers fore these positions. 6 security, 2 caterers, bartenders and anyone wanting to setup there own table pls contact either Alliva or Edicho in game or in irc thnx.

ok i have some ppl to help but i still need more i still need a few security a few bartendenders and a few cooks although i can can give mpore info in the event will defenately take place on a saturday at 2200 gmt kick of and last around 4 hours so anyone wanting to help pls talk with me or edicho.

the event is on it will be held in ojaveda in brados tavern at 2100 gmt on the 21st of aprill.there will be food and drinks at the event drinks can be bought both mugs to hold and refils brado and our own barmen will sell refils and our barmen for the mugs to hold. the food will be a buffy a few tables in brados will have food on them to eat and they will be regulary restocked. games confirmed to play are trips at the moment if you would like to setup your own game please se myself Alliva or edicho in game. there will be a groffle toe turnament and a ignot/ stock hunt.

Formal event rules:

1.) Light armour shall be permited for visual effect and a short description of what you are wearing muist be at the top of your description to gain acess.

2.) No weapons are permited by guests inside or around brados tavern if you have weapons on you you have 3 choices 1. to give weapons to the doormen that will hold them secure for a small fee. 2. store them {on an alt probably}. 3. drop them in the street.

3.) be civil to others and the worker or risk yourself beiung thrown out of the event.

4.) if you are thrown out of the event or try to setup a game without the concent of me or edicho you will be named and be ignoerd by ppl {but pls dont let it come to this i want this to be a good event]


Groffel toe turnament:

1.) Betting can occur at this event see me or edicho when it starts.

2.) rules of groffel toe will be explained on the night and every match will be watched over by myself or edicho.

Stock/Ingot hunt:

very soon after the event start there will be a hunt for stock and ignots and three special one iron steel and silver ignots will be placed for those that find these ignot they will reciev special prizes {if you see ignot or stock on the ground around these times pls do not pick up unless you are in the event and looking for them}


Betting:

1) Betting will not be done with tria but rather gold and silver ignots and zinc stock.

2) guests at the events will be allowed to bring there own stock and ignots but will be limited to 20 of each.

3) aditional ignots and stock may be purchased at the cashier they are priced at 400 tria  for gold 100 tria for silver and 50 tria for zinc.

4) No other ignots or stock will be permited at the event anyone trying to smuggle in extra ignots or stock wor bet with different shall be ejected from brados.


bufey:

the buffy is free so help yourselves what will be servervd is a few enkien foods but some other foods shall be keepted throw in the kitchen just ask the chefs for them.

OOC: well thats about it pls keep within the rules and this should be a fun event. i am still looking for helpers in the event pls contact me or edicho if you wish to help. it would also be nice to perhaps get a band together and offer there services. there is a limited number of games that can be setup cause of the fact of clogging the games window pls if you wish to setup a game see me or edicho and be quick.
