Guild house Auction

Not sure where to post this..but there has been a lot of in game chatter and such about guild house action that was mentioned at the last DEV meeting and they said it was to be on June 25th..and well it's getting quite close to that date and no announcements or  time have been set..or any idea where this house might be? Thanks!

Well just to confirm that Talad has asked us to run a house auction saturday.
so it's confirmed, we will auction a house saturday evening 21:00 GMT.

need some details about the house and such before adding a signpost in game.

Due to inactivity of the guild we have decided to take back the house and make it available for other guilds.
When/If the Golden Circle returns they can contact the GM team and will be given 50% of the auction price that the house will sell for.

Out of curiosity, have the terms changed for guild house ownership? It used to be when you bought a house you owned it for good. The houses got bought up and people either left, or there would be one player hanging on to it - typically using it as a vault for their loot and whatnot. There was some talk a while back about adding a mechanism to prevent this like a monthly tax or a rental agreement. The point being that if payments (even if just a fist full of tria) were no longer being made, then it would be safe to assume that players were done with it. )

In this specific case, it appears as though the guild bought it, and then disappeared. I only saw those guys around the time the houses were being auctioned, so kind of like a troll move. I'd bet the house is empty, even.

I think the rule for even being able to bid for one is that the guild has to be active for at least 6 months, I could be wrong on this however.
The best way would be to join the DEV meeting and ask questions there about if they are having another auction done or what the requirements are. The Next meeting is on Sept 11th.--Check your calendar tab at the top.

If you would have been at the last action, you would know that GMs did say they auction other one later on, be patient, GHs dont drop from the sky when you spcesifically need one.
