Ok, it\'s been a while since the last one of these, a lot of new people and I\'m bored and need some new music, so why not? ;)

List your favorite bands, please say what kind of music they are, and if possible put your favorite song by them.

I\'ll post mine when I get home to my playlist :P.

Computer game background music, especially from Arcanum, Starcraft, and Planeshift. Planeshift has a really great sountrack, any way I can get the sheet music?

There was a thread on this a while ago... and people made long lists of bands and nobody read it and it was really boring.  So instead of making a long boring pointless list no one will read...

And I have to mention Vomitron as well.  I haven\'t listened to any of his music coz\' most of it is regular metal music I think.  But the Contra Medley he did is the single greatest piece of music I\'ve ever heard.  Also he\'s collaborating with the NESkimos to cover Ninja Gaiden tracks now!
