Jilerel can be seen in the Empire's warehouses. Holding a notepad and a quill, he directs a couple of recruits around.

"Where should this crate be placed?" a recruit asks.
Jilerel checks his notes. "There's red tape on it. It's perishables. There should be a couple hundred more of that sort."

Lots of movements can be seen in and out of the Imperial Hydlaaian Headquarters.
Jilerel briefly goes outside to meet with a visitor. The visitor bears the Imperial crest on his chest.

JIlerel acknowledges them. "Any news on the warrior alliance?"
"I'm afraid you do not have the support of their hierarchy, chancellor. Please accept my apologies." the visitor then bows.
"Right. You are dismissed. Thanks for your services."

The chancellor comes to his office and starts writing a letter.
Quote from: Imperial Chancellor Jilerel
Greetings, [EXPUNGED], leader of [EXPUNGED].
I would like to meet with you, in the Hydlaaian Headquarters of the Empire.
This concerns the matter our diplomat has discussed with your organization in the past few days.
Respectfully, Jilerel, Imperial Chancellor.
The letter is then sealed with Jilerel's mark and sent to his personal groffel.

Later, the same day, a helmet-wearing figure arrives, riding a rivnak. The door opens.

"I didn't expect you to come that soon. I appreciate your diligence."
"It's an honor and my pleasure, you are most welcome to invite me." the figure answers.
The two step inside the headquarters and enter the chancellor's office.
After three hours of negociation, the door opens again and the figure departs.

Jilerel smiles in his office. "Traitors. I see. We shall do without them."

The Regents Onenim and Chawiva met citizens of Hydlaa near the Temple.
They declared the Empire will prepare and put under Imperial Administration a settlement in the second half of Bronze Door Roads, at the Hermit's Hills.

That declaration was met with mixed opinions. Some people are calling for boycott of the Empire, while others are interested to take part in that initiative.

The Empire declared its intent to prepare a scientific facility for study of magic and archeology, a military training field with training and hunting sessions, as well as a storage area for travellers.
Though their announcement to put that territory under Imperial Law sparked animosity. "It's only rules to follow" some said. "The Octarch would not approve of that" others said.
Any crimes committed in that territory would be resolved with a trial.

While the Imperial Administration doesn't breach any law of the Octarchial Decree and does not hinder any travel, this poses some worries for some citizens.
The laws will be available for everyone to see in the entrance of the territory.

Time is up.
People start talking about Macron and stuff, wtf.
Sure he has a nice project, though he's still under German influence. I digress.

About that whole "CDC" thing. I took my glasses and done my research.  :detective:

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/12/16/health/cdc-trump-banned-words.html

First things first, it wasn't a ban. CDC officials don't say a meeting never happened though. It is definitely a strong recommendation.

Now, that recommendation is only used in budget reports.
Is that bad ? Not really. Is it okay ? Not the slightest.
Actually, it is a fact that you can't escape politics. Even a doctor can't.
If you want to help people, you will need funding. If you start telling your banker that you're leaving your job, you shouldn't expect that shiny loan. Same goes for everyone, every investor. (and yes, the State and the population IS an investor.)

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/12/16/trump-administration-reportedly-prohibits-cdc-from-using-words-like-transgender-fetus.html
Quote
In the case of “science-based” and “evidence-based,” the analyst said a substitute phrase was: “CDC bases its recommendations on science in consideration with community standards and wishes.

So the "complete-ban" is already debunked, but is also shows one thing. All words are not treated the same.

Okay so. We can ask ourselves, why this recommendation ? The recommendation is for budget reports for the Congress, and I think it might be useful to consider what would be the worst case scenario.
Let's say the CDC puts up a thing in the report about transgender stuff. They vote to approve it. Now conservatives are pissed off and republican congressmen aren't going to be reelected (it might be important to realize that the elections are happening next year, the majority of the House is republican, and with the brutal surprise Trump, it will be a very important thing to follow).
These words are risky for economic and political reasons. It is far from being Orwellian. It is business.

Now the question for debate is : "Is it okay that an organization such as the CDC has to follow politics and depend on public opinion for funding ?"

- The 200/4/2 AT [22/10/2017, Sunday]

Upon the request of Lord DeFaye, Regents Onenim and Chawiva summoned the inner council.
The session's first goal was to prove the legitimacy of the regency and to discuss internal matters.

Lord DeFaye was allowed to attend with a silent witness.

The regents were deemed legitimate by the Empress and the Council.

The end of the session resulted in Lord DeFaye being granted a seat in the Inner Council.

PS Hacker and amateur of Blender & game coding here.

Without the unoptimized shadows of CS, you can run more than 5 000 000 polygons on a low end computer on PS.
Plus, with the current computers, game engines can handle more than thousands of polygons for simple items without problems (that is, if you forget unoptimized shaders)

Most recent games have weapons that have more than 1000 polygons, going up to more than 10000. (Half Life 2 has for example about 2000 polygons for the simple pistol, but that's a FPS)

But even if our limits with polycount gets pushed off higher and higher, it's still a good practice to keep the poly count as low as you can.
The decimate modifier might help you in that in Blender, but it can lead to some mesh glitches, so be sure to check everything by yourself in edit mode.
You used too much polygons because you tried to give the bow a smooth look with only vertices, but shaders have a huge part in making something smooth or not  ;). For example, click the smooth shading in the toolbox.

I would say that for a game, this bow should have like between 500 and 5000 polygons, depending on the game engine, the target audience, and if you're using a lot of high res models at the same time. For PS using CrystalSpace, <1000 polygons is good.
