It was indeed a great event, and many players attended on both days. Thank you Hammers for organizing this event, I really enjoyed it!
I took quite some screenshots during the event, but not all of them came out as good as I expected them to be. Here are a few to help those who were there reminiscent, and make the ones who missed it repent:A lot of people gathered for the first day of the event. Lots of hammers, but many friends as well, came together to eat, drink, play games and talk.
The second day was devoted to Grampus. The guild was gathered on the banks of Irifon to honor his passing. Many friends were also in attendance.
An eulogy was read in his honor, as people recalled the comrade and friend he was.
Everyone descended by the water as his pyre was lit. His was a full life, and his passage from this realm will be remembered.
After the funeral, a drink was in order to help drown the sorrow. The Broken Barrel reopened its doors to host everyone looking for sympathy and a beer.
Migg was too overcome with emotions to handle his two stiff beers. With a little help from his friends however he managed to chop enough wood and still remain all in one piece.
This was a great event, and I was both honored and delighted to be a part of it. If anyone has more screenshots to share, please post them on the forum.
