how can i equipt the Riveter, i get a message saying ''This Idem Cannot be Equipt'

Put the think you want to work on in your hand and then use the riviter on the smiths table.

i puted the riveter on table and round iron shield kit on hand, but it still doesen work and catalog of shield book on mind, it still doesent works, anyother ideas?

You don't put the riveter on the table. The table already has a riveter attached to it. You use that riveter. If you have a riveter from before they could be bought you don't use that one any more.

If you have your own riveter get rid of it, it is of no use to you.

As Sarva said you use the riveter on the smithing table, they all have one.
