Yes, we saw your petitions, and your discord message and have reached out to you on discord. I would not advise posting your e-mail address on the public forums, however. We will also watch to catch you in game to discuss your remaining open petition. But I will say at this point your current char has spent more time in game than chars combined on the old account, so it may not even be worth pursuing. But we are more than willing to help sort this out we just need to be able to catch you online either on discord or in game to sort a few things out. (Check your PM's on discord as another GM has reached out to you there)

The skill boosting quests make level up too easy, in part because they reward an entire level.

Just as an FYI it does not grant an entire level. It takes you to the next level. so if your bar is halfway to 155 it will only take to you the start of level 156, not to 156 and a half. Also, a lot of these quests require you to gather items, travel have knowledge or information of certain things not to mention the fact that they have all a timer so you can't just sit there and repeat it and get 10 levels right away. The quests scale as well depending on your current level.  I think this was the compromise for several players who felt they were spending way to much time and energy grinding skills that it was cutting into roleplay time. As well as with the current engine we have the possibilities are very limited. The server can't even tell if you are wearing skill-boosting jewelry and will not award you a point if your boost takes you over the max skill level. As with most things we are excitedly awaiting the Unreal Engine upgrade to be able to really start focusing and fine-tuning issues such as this one.

My best advice is toggle VBO on or off in the launcher settings if it's crashing  upon start up.
Others might have better advice.

I don't think you can.
You can change skins and see if there is one that you like better, maybe one of them allows for individual window sizing? Or some just have bigger windows and such.

Well from my understanding it crashes people either way. Nvidia is the graphics card it interacts with the most.  Don't simply just turn it off. If it's already off, try enabling it. I'm not at all technical and no idea what VBO does I've only learned it causes the majority of crashes so toggle it is my best and only advice then I'm out. There are several here whom have even commented where this stuff is down their alley. Sorry if it takes us a while to respond, we are a smaller community and don't always check the forums. Yes. Both mounts are obtained via questing. And you must also have access to the Winch.
