I\'m assuming that the same thing applies as on the website, that you have to be 16 and that you need to actually be smart.

<Worf> These are the moments when my ego gets put back on the ground. I use linux for quite some time, and am soon 2 years maintainer of a linux distribution. I started to think I would be good at it. But then I tried to get planeshift running.

Just a note, if you are not willing to do hard work and can\'t take constant rejection, don\'t try for rules.

By smart I also mean having any knowledge of actual programming or anything else.

I dont think they want to start training everyone, it would be alot easier to just take people that know what they are doing, instead of wasting a developer to train someone else.

when you say rules, what do you really mean... like would the rules guy be the one who determines that a person can only cast a spell every 3 secs or what.

Rules, as in the department that decides how everything works, its alot harder than just stating \"You can\'t cast a new spell for 3 seconds\"

Also, it is a given that you acctually have to have the knowledge to be in a department, but when someone is taken in we have to train him to do things in the PS manner

If you want to join Settings, just be sure you also can hand constant document and idea rejection.

sounds to me a bit obious...

Your working in a team to create a game the way you all wanted it to be. That means u need to accept other ppl ideas aswell, and come together with even better ideas.
The best ideas are always made from 2 or more older ideas, thats why teamwork is such a great thing :)

Sorry, to many of you?

I have gotten side tracked by other issues lately and am sorry for not responding sooner. Also I am treating groups in batches?that way I can deal with them a bit easier.

A few of you are younger then we can legally accept. 16. so I am needing to write you the reasons why?as well as my opinions and ideas of possible ways you may still be able to be a helpful force for us.

But in general I am sorry.

I have been real busy with personal matters and I?ve had some creative differences other team members.

These are partially resolved now.

However I do not think I will catch up with all the e-mails I need to send out for about a week.

But please accept my apology for the delay.
