arms in most of cuadrupeds works diferent from humans, they also walk on tipfingers and carpian bones are longer, so looks like if they have a knee in the arms.
that is the issue about orientation, your model it?s like having legs and arms backwards, or swaped their anatomy.
but as long as this is fantasy... who cares about it!!!, for me is a superb antropomorfic biped being walking on four legs.
