Oops! I apologize, I wasn't aware there was another section for comments. My bad!
Well but at least we could have instead of a hood a hat like this: Hahahaha Just kidding. Way to go Boeven!
I appreciate your enthusiasm, Qter
. And I thought to that hat from the very first moment... If I manage to draw a convincing Hobbit you'll see.
Anyway that robe is fluctuating in my brain, I'm sure some shaking will help me.
Our very active friends from
www.psde.de were so kind to provide me some precious suggestions, even a script. I'm confident that the strip will be online by the end of July.
Just out of curiosity:
It seems I underestimated the time necessary to assemble a comic strip
It's not question of minutes, more an hour or so...
The strips are SVG vector graphics composed by modules, the program is
Inkscape 0.48.1 r9760 for Linux.
I'm using also a
Wacom Bamboo Pen, it really makes the difference. It helps also when your mouse has drained the batteries and you don't want to ask your neighbor a couple of AA, because he remember well that you owe him two bottles of milk and a driller.
So far I've used 874 different basic objects to assemble the modules in drawings.
Here's an "exploded" klyros:
This method is interesting since you don't need to be a fine artist to make these strips, it's more like playing with Lego.
