Perhaps one could email occasional updates to the players on the progress of the project.  If it doesn't get lost in the spam folder it could bring back old players.  Now I am not sure how feasible this would be with the massive number of accounts, or if it would be an unwanted nuisance, but it might be worth a try.

So a thief should be subject to the tennents of physics and societal pressure?  Hmm... some of your suggestions to implement this seem indeed fair, though I do dislike the limiting and the idea of persecuting the thief.  A thief will automatically be persecuted against if he is known.  A good thief will find a way to not be known.  Indeed it should be fairly hard and the cosequences of getting caught even harder but if they are never caught why then cause them harm?

Hmm... I already hear singing though that indeed might be just me, infact if any one could hear it also I might suggest to them to get tests done.  Anyway one should never underestemate the power of written word coupled with the imagination in us.  If done correctly many will be drawn in and they themselves will hear it without even one note.

I remember very well my first(or maybe the second) meeting with Lordbug when he was telling me about a guild he had just made.  Its goal were ambitious, to teach those needing in knowledge and wisdom.  A year has passed and that goal is still alive and vibrant.  While many guilds have fallen under or just disappeared KS has remained a constant.  Continue to spread your knowledge and in doing so fighting the plague of ignorance.

Have a very merry anniversary all you in KS and good luck in the years to come :D

Edit: Actually it must have been second meeting sense the first time I met Lordy I mistook him for female...

Hmm, well if we ever have monster problems in the future we could always attach potent monster poisons to \"volunteers\" who would get gobbled up by the gobbles and kin; or we could just place the poison in food items droped on the ground, this would have a two-fold effect, it would kill the monsters as well as much of the population who have lower intelligence (the annoying ones that pick up everything they find and are just plain annoying).  Of course we could always pray to Drey and hopes he intervenes, though knowing Drey he is probably the cause (/me points at Drey\'s sig)...

Well I didn\'t really dress up as such, more like I just put a hat on...

Why make/buy a costume when you can grow it :D

Did not do much though just helped hand out candy with my brother though he was doing most of it as I could not see much.  Had several kids asking me if I was real and one who when he found out I was real wanted me to \"take it off\" :P

Bah, its not confusing me. I know that it is actually Efflixi\'s banana manifested ingame.  The banana was then stolen by a GM who changed its name and apparence and hid it in an unknown place.  All of this was so that Efflixi would never again possess the power that was contained within the banana.  The banana finding itself away from its master protected itself by preventing anyone from lifting it.  Only the one true Efflixi can lift the Meteor from its resting place...

Well I always find exploring the best idea to finding one\'s way around.  After a bit of exploring and getting yourself lost you will develop your own mental map.  Player cartographers will probably be implemented but while the world is still small learning your own way is probably the best.

Also when you have future questions you might want to summon the magical search scroll that will allow you to look back at the questions and answers of those before you.

Edit:  Ack to late, always take too long to form my posts, hope my info is still helpful :)

Hmm, sounds like my type of activity as long as a welcome party is there to meet me in the DR (which is usually the case since for some reason some people cant find there way out (or even knows there is a way out (these are the especially foreign (foreign to Yliakum that is) ones))) :D

Hmm, well I am already a follower of Xordan\'s pointy stick and a believer in all Drey idealogy... but I do love cake :D
