It sounds very "guild wars" these grey glyphs. Almost like by getting a grey glyph you get to use a guild wars proffession in Yliakum......It's odd seeing a Minion Master in planeshift though i must say  ;D

My fave Napalm Death song is Devouring Depraved from the Words From The Exit Wound album, i'm on a cheesy rock fad right now been listening to Van Halen, Def Leppard, Poison, Motley Crue, Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy, Kiss all that good stuff :)

hmm funnily enough I rp many characters and my male dwarf character is better recieved than any of my female characters of any species. I think it's down to the character you play more than anything. if you put little effort into your roleplay, you'll become so 2 dimensional that the only way people will judge you IS by your character model, i mean, what else is there if someone is just going around speaking in a very plain way like a regular person in the street in modern day times? It seems to me too many people expect to be greeted with open arms by playing dull unimaginative characters, personally my main character would talk to you briefly then laugh, then go and get drunk if you werent someone interesting enough to keep his attention. That's just how my character would act.

Not sure if this will help, but if you are making low poly objects, i'd reccomend never using subserf at all. I never use it and can still get a rounded looking model at the end of it. just make something relatively round and then smooth it. it tends to work better for me. I like the brush though, good job, keep at it :)

Already modelled a lute, and actually that bow is unstrung. I dont know if you know but a bow changes shape when you string it. That's modelled on a recurve bow I own which at the time had no string on it :P

Very well put Duraza. Personally I don't really see anything wrong with this grey glyph idea. If the abilities help further roleplay then they can only be a positive. The whole ancient blood thing really does smell a little of god-modding though I have to say...

I'll probably just model another bow, that one took all of 5 mins. I'm experimenting with different ways of modelling bows to find one i like. I'm big into archery IRL so i want to do justice to the bow.

Unfortunately it has a relatively high polycount at 368 but here's a recurve hunting bow.

polycount: 300

polycount: 280

i'll have the lochaber done soon, and the warhammer was fine as is thank laanx

edit: and just because i felt sorry for the non violent types ;) a "weapon" for the artist in us all. a simple lute :) (will require detail in texture to look good though i think)

polycount: 116

And what the hell, for the budding young composer a penny whistle :P

polycount: 94

polycount : 288
