Planeshift Holidays

Here's a list of the kinda/maybe official(?) Yliakum holidays. This was on the main site when I started playing, but was replaced by our current calendar. I use it when planning events, and you lot should be able to do the same. It's also pretty interesting, even if some holidays don't really provide much information.

 Ah so we can look into this list before an event to see what kind of season it might be?

I sometimes feel confused how to RP and play about time in PlaneShift. Days are faster in PlaneShift than in RL and I get the reason for that. But when during events it gets dark, while we supposedly are still playing during day timeā€¦ I usually ignore the real in game time and pretend it is not yet night for example.

Similar with the current weather system.

Yeah, time of day changes pretty quickly. That's why in the last event I used a campfire and smoke to point you all to where you were supposed to go. You'll notice the smoke when it's bright out, and the fire when it's dark. Worked well enough.
