Akaiddo pulls into his Utlic, tired and wounded. He applies several Life Infusion spells upon himself, but still he is worn out and near death. He sits himself on the Ulber fur he had killed as an adolescent, and recollects his memory of the day.
He had been on patrol, parked up at his usual position at the top of a ramp. The fiend known to him to be called 'Jakular' had struck again. He was lucky to have such Enkidukai senses, they had saved his life today.
Feeling a movement of wind, and the movement of someone swinging a weapon behind him, Akaiddo had ducked, the blow missing him by such a tiny amount it astounded him. Jakular had then slammed a spiky shield into the menki's steed, causing the Rivnak to careen off on and flee, and upon regaining control, the bearded menki had cast a wave of energy arrows at his assailant, noticing Enonel and Vakachehk arrive on the scene. The fiend had fled, and the group gave chase, Enonel on foot, and the Kore mounted. Akaiddo's mount was fastest, and he caught up to Jcula, unleashing more arrows, and being hit with large boulders ripped from the very earth by Jakular. Upon closing on his opponent, the Ynnwn hit him twice with his axe, his eyes glowing leeringly beneath the mask that hid his face, disfigured lips being the only body part the menki could identify. Any ordinary being would have been terrified at the sight, but the Nekaduky'a remained steadfast. Jakular pulled away and unleashed more boulders, which sent Akaiddo flying from his mount, flung across the grassland like a toy.
Jakular started to head over to finish the severely wounded Enkidukai, but Vakachehk arrived and the pair scuffled, moving out of Akaiddo's sight....
Vakachehk... where was Vakachek...
He had crawled into a bush, and then applied a few healing spells before slowly limping home to Ojaveda. He evaded Jakular a few times, in no fit state to fight. Come to think of it, Enonel had disappeared too.
The two Enkidukai Akaiddo had as brothers were most probably dead, at the hands of Jakular.
As he lay in his Utlic, a growl escaped his throat, slowly turning into a vicious roar! He would have his vengeance, for Dharke, Vakachek, and Enonel!
[OOC notes: Enonel didn't die, Akaiddo just assumes so, and I spell Jacula's name wrong on purpose as my character has only heard it verbally.]
