I see there have been many changes... The server seems kind of empty though. Did something happen?

Low player count and organized RP means, there isn't much refreshing RP.

Anyways, wibble.

But yeah, this pretty much sums up what has happened to the project.

So welcome back, PlaneShift has a great setting to Role-Play in but, RP rules on Zeroping ('RP' server) are not stricked as they use to be.
