I have uninstalled the whole version and done a clean install (without the repair). Tweaked my Launcher and added all the necessary lines to the .cfg and all of a sudden it runs smoothly. I also got the complete menu back by holding the uppercase key and right-clicking with the mouse on the small yellow triangle of the menu.
Well, I am at Oja now, scared to leave in case I start moving in the utmost slow motion again. Currently it still lags when turning. I guess until all has been loaded into the cache (at least I hope so).

 

Edit: forget what I said ... black floor is back and lagging still!

I have turned shaders back to medium and now the black ground has disappeared. However lag is so bad that I barely move. 

Thanks for the reply, I have disabled everything however to be able to move a little. No shadows, no grass, no bloom, no sounds. The solution must be other than that.

Also, thank you LigH for your help too and I will gladly see if I can log into the german community asap! Then I could try what was suggested, if my credentials cannot be changed otherwise due to some or other reasons.

I have a slight problem in getting a new password since my E-Mail address does not exist for the past 3 years anymore.
Any suggestions how we can solve this problem? Since my character is almost an antiquity I would not like her to see vanish.

I tried the psclient directly also, get a black screen for 2 seconds and then it closes.



Edit: I just found the problem after viewing mz error log - there was no skin selected!

Hi there!

After updating I get the message "One or more widgets failed to load. Please check your logs" upon loading my character.
Can anyone explaine what I should do? I have deleted my quest notes, as it seemed once some time ago as a widget problem. I also tried removing all logs this time but to no avail.
Help is much appreicated!

Edit: I got it to work after removing the personal skin and using the original!

Hi, first of all, congratulations to the wonderful update 

Unfortunately I experience great crashes when approaching water. Not only PS crashes but my whole system starts up. Second time around seeing the water, it freezes my Mac. Third time around PS crashes only. Then all seems to run smoothly with heavy lag for about 3 - 4 minutes.

Any one suffered the same?
