As many of you know this war has been long comming and we the Sapere Magi are no longer able to tolerate the Outlaws Actions against all of Yliakum.

Terms and conditions
!. Duration : In two weeks time the Sapere Magi and the Outlaws will discuss final battle time and place.
2. Safe Zones :the Following Area and circumstances are prohibited to engage in hostile activities.
* Hydlaa City limits
* Oja East (warehouse area)
* Load points
* Death Realm
* Oja Central (offensive magic prohibited, all other combat is allowed)
DO NOT Attack in any way (either magic, melee or weapons) a player who is in a loading Zone and is loading.
If You are the aggressor, DO NOT run to a load zone for safety, nor a safe zone. You may however run for a safe zone if you are not the initiate of that attack.
3. War Zones: you may engage the enemy in any area in free pvp combat unless it is stated as a Safe Zone.
* note Laanx dungeon, arena, the sewers and magic shop area are NOT considered part of Hydlaa and are combat areas.
4. Potion Use, Magic Use and Stat Boosting.:
You May: Use potions for Skirmishes and individual attacks.
You May: Use Magic in all combat situations unless other wise stipulated.
You May: Uses Stat booting weapons Only as they are intended to be used.
you may not: Use red liquor mugs to boost End as it does not wear off
No Glitching of any kind is allowed.
You may NOT use potions and / or weapons to permanently boost your stats.
You May not Use Potions during Main Battles.
5. Temporary Truces: This is still a game and is meant to be fun. If a player sends a /tell requesting occly to the enemy so that they may pass,. A temporary truce is then granted.
NOTE: Noncompliance will result in the player being removed from their guild until the war is over.
If a player, breaks these rules, please do not plague that player with tells. Inform the leadership of your Guild and they will discuss the incident with the opposing leadership and take the appropriate action.
Remember this is meant to be FUN, Do Not take any of the IC banter as a personal attack. This IS after all a RolePLAYing Game. As Well Keep all Banter as in character do not make personal attacks.
Terms of Victory and Defeat:
The winning Side is to be Paid 100k from the loosing Guild
A Victory For the Sapere Magi Will result in the following:
The OutLaws will:
1. Pay to the Magi the above amount.
2. Make a public apology to be written By the Magi
and broadcast by members of the outlaws,
selected by the Magi, in each location.
3. Complete Cessation of Hostility toward the Magi from the outlaws.
A Victory For the OutLaws Will Result In the Following:
The Sapere Magi Will;
1. Pay to the OutLaws The Above Amount
2. The magi will Not Ally with any opposing force of the OutLaws for a period of 2 months.
3. Will not interfere in the nefarious activities of the OutLaws for as long as we can help ourselves.
**** Additions to rules ****
Stalagtite tunnels and yellow rock area load points are considered safe zones for resting between maps
Also untill this war is finnished, only the Sapere Magi, and the Outlaws will be at war. (no other guild wars against either guild)
