The Outlaws have grown careless in the heat of battle, allowing themselves to be spotted.
Names, portraits and descriptions have been reported to the authorities
and you will find them below these lines.
Before the war they hid themselves well, blending in with the crowd.
Now, we know who they are and tis time to take action.
Many of them are enkidukai who have chosen the low path and think this
city will shelter them just because they could blend in easily.
Citizens of Ojaveda, do not let the outlaws take over our city!
Call the authorities if you see any of them and drive them away.
We can't be silent witnesses to their crimes anymore.
Join the fight and let us make Ojaveda a safe place again.

encourage reaction from characters not involved with the war. As explained, my character has observed the war long enough to take notes on the outlaws. Not a difficult thing really since they are fighting openly. Ojaveda is covered now with posters like the one above. RP-wise, the outlaws are criminals so all characters who hear of them should avoid being indiferent to this fact. Again, don't take this into OOC or plain /challenges. It's not about killing them it's about the consequences of their actions.
