BlazingDagger Tournament!!

On Tuesday the 20th at 22:00 GMT there will be a magic & dagger tournament held in the arena. The fee will be 1k to enter.
You may contact:
Proglin (the entertainer)
Gag (the Organizer)
Setill (the Healer)
Dylia (the pr lady)

General Rules of the BlazingDagger Tournament:

 There will be two contestants fighting each other in the arena.

[EDIT] *First Proglin will shout \"Challenge!\" which at this point the fighters challenge only and do NOT get engage in fighting yet.

[EDIT] The fight starts when Proglin shouts \"BLAZING DAGGERS!!!\"  at this point the fighters are allowed to use magic and daggers to fight.

[EDIT] Regular daggers will be provided by Proglin for the fighters to use.

The starting distance is set at maximum.

There will be two refs in the arena to watch for cheating.

[EDIT] Great prizes to be won are:

1st Place: 40k + a glyph set (which includes all the glyphs)
*Air Glyph
*Armor Glyph
*Arrow Glyph
*Cold Glyph
*Fire Glyph
*Weakness Glyph
*Energy Glyph


2nd Place: 20K + a dagger set
*Ruby Encrusted Frosty Dagger with a 33 slash
*Dark Dagger of the Hammer with a 30 slash

3rd Place: 10K + a dagger set
*Dark Dagger of the Warrior with a 30 slash
*Regular Dark dagger with a 30 slash

 *All the contestants gain a prize
 
During the tournament a healer will provide the necessary healing.  Apples will be sold in the audience
 
 The spectators will have the time of their life watching the exciting magic and the swift dagger fights
 Afterwards there will be a seeking contest for the spectators, the winner will get a good prize

Hahaha! It was so great, thanks to everyone who organized this and participated in it! Awesome entertainment :) Rokani took a massive batch of screenshots too, so we should have them up here soon. And a big congratulations to the winners! I absolutely loved the atmosphere everyone created - mostly we were just starved for something like this, and there was a lot of shouting and cheering and beer selling (wooo!).

I guess my only gripe would be, as always, still a bit too much OOC text in what should\'ve been an RP-only event ;) Smileys, as well as \"lols\", go into parentheses or brackets. But it wasn\'t enough to really throw one\'s hands up into the air about, and good fun prevailed.

Well, I was only there for the last three fights but from what I saw, it was nice Like Karyuu said, there was a great atmosphere. Nice to have an after party at the tavern though I think the fenkis could have moved a little more...

Fortunately, Khaki rebooted the server just in time.

So, after some confusion here and there, but great fights in general, the final rankings and rewards were:

3) Maelgwyn - 10.000 tria and two Dark Daggers.

2) Javeroal - 20.000 tria ad two powerful and expensive daggers.

1) \'Hotedge\' Ozbi - 40.000 tria and a complete glyph set.

The organisation team around entertainer Proglin would like to see you again at the next tournaments!
