Single Author Stories / Thrara inu Trias (Path of Trias)

Darkness, sounds of clashing blades and the screams of dying creatures. Exhausted lay he down in the grass, the Azure sun shining upon him and warming his fur. Who is he, this Enkydukol?
From the shadows of a nearby building a rogue arises, sneaking towards the unconscious Enkydukol. Not being able to know what danger approaches him he stays in his position not moving a hair. The rogue, now standing in front of him reaches over him and begins to search his blue suit. It didn’t take the rogue too much time to find a good filled sack filled with some coins, mostly circles to him pleasure. Suppressing a chuckle the rogue leaves as quickly and quiet as he can, leaving the Enkidukol alone wit no trias at all.
Minutes pass, almost an hour, till he finally begins to move.
Slowly he opened his eyes, shaking his head a bit. He looks up with blinking eyes into the sun, takes a deep breath and smiles happily. While standing up he stretches his tail and when he finally stands he stretches his arm and legs too. After some yawning he scratches his right ear and begins to walk towards the entrance of the building; The Arena.
After entering The Arena he walked towards the Taskmaster giving him a nod, after which a short conversation broke lose:
Taskmaster: *with a grin* “Done sleeping already? You know the Arena isn’t for wimps who like to take mid-day naps.”
The Enkidukol: *smirking* “I do as I please and if it’s true the arena isn’t for the likes of me, tell me why do I survive even the battle against the trepors?”
Taskmaster: *slightly annoyed* “Don’t be that rude menki I can…”
The Enkidukol: *interrupting the taskmaster* “I prefer being called an Enkidukol, dear Gregory”
Taskmaster: *frowning of disbelieve and angered* “Alright ‘Enikdukol’ don’t call me Gregory, It’s Master Taskmaster for you.. And don’t you dare to call me EVER ‘dear’ again. You may call your fenki.. I mean ‘Enkiduyba’ that, but not ME. Understood?”
The Enkidukol: *nodding willingly* “Of course, Of course, Master Taskmaster. Now may I proceed to the trepors? I’m in need of a trepor heart you see?”
Taskmaster: *grinning with a nod* “Go ahead menki wimp, but don’t come here whining if your fur is damaged”
The Enkidukol: “I won’t, trust me. vaatholo”
Taskmaster: *frowns* “What? What was that last mumble?”
The Enkidukol: *shrugging* “I said Taskmaster, though of course I had to say Master Taskmaster”
Taskmaster: *shaking his head slowly* “I’m pretty sure it didn’t start with a T more with ‘vaat’… But it might as well being me, with all this noise in here. This time I’ll let you pass, Menki”
The Enkidukol walked, relieved the Taskmaster didn’t hear his muttering, straight to the trepor pit. Once there he took the time look for the weakest of them all, patted it on it’s back with his drawn sword and got knocked down by the wiggly feelers when it turned around.
Flabbergasted he lay down on his back looking into the yawns of the (rather small) trepor.

Guilds Forum / [GUILD_Promo] Aletheia

[all the IC stuff is put on a poster in Kada el's]
[As you can see we don’t have a real history yet, because we don’t exist yet, that is until we make some by bettering Yliakum. This can include our projects started ect. (would be like some sort of diary) See the forum for Midisa’s History in how she got the trias and how she got the Idea]
We can offer tria help, material help, psychological help (like being the listing ear).
We want people to understand that respect for life is needed, therefore we are against any violence to other people**, unless of course the other one started and there isn’t ANY other way out (these kind of situations if accrued would be discussed with the guild in what to do next) . In the end we want everybody to be treated the same, everyone respects the people, races and such.
All this we try to accomplish by starting little, maybe later even big, projects to help the people. An example of what a project is like is Midisa’s little shop where she sells everything for one tria. But we can also think like a “talking-home” where people can come to talk about problems or just for the times when they need a listening ear or even a health care facility.

- Try to look for yourself who needs help, do not wait until people come to you.
- Do not invoke in anyway a fight and/or a war between people, races, guilds and genders.
- Do not harm people on purpose in any way.
- Only fight in DEFENCE. (against people)

Explanations of the Specializations:

- Violation of the PS rules (more a OOC thingy, but still!)
- Violation of the guild rules (With this we mean BIG time violations, normal ones can always be discussed and don’t deserve drastic measures)
- Doing anything what would obviously be bad for us as guild
Awareness-bringers are considered smooth talkers, people to whom people listen and fine diplomats.
{NOTE: a fund-raiser or any other raiser and member can have their own items and trias, the guild won’t ask of any of the member for trias and/or materials}

How to Join:Because we don’t really exist yet we need first of all five persons to found the guild, after that it’s just looking for any member ask, say why you would join and give your motivations.

Guild-History:
Poverty, violence, greed and discrimination were the four things Midisa disgusted. As she tried on her own and some times with friends to help people who became victim of those four, she soon realized she couldn’t do it on her own and started planning to form a group of people who all wanted to better Yliakum. With some financial help of a friend she managed to make the 20,000 trias needed to found her organization. Now all she needed were members to join her in her 'fight'…[As you can see we don’t have a real history yet, because we don’t exist yet, that is until we make some by bettering Yliakum. “Ranks” aka “Specializations”:
In Aletheia everyone is as much as equal. Everyone has the same rights and her/his vote will count as much as the other votes (with some small exceptions as you will see). We therefore don’t call it ‘Ranks’ but ‘Specializations’. But being in a certain Specialization does not mean at all that you can’t do anything else, for example: ‘A Information-raiser may bring in funds ect.’ The Specializations are here because when you need (for example) some trias for a project it would be wise to ask one of the fund-raisers for some trias or tips…Specializations:

When you talk to people try to subtle point out there faults and always try to give tense situations a positive turn, and of course try to stop a fight when you see one, but again subtle.Awareness-bringers are considered smooth talkers, people to whom people listen and fine diplomats.
Comitis
These members have not, will not or can not choose a Specialization. They are considered to be ‘all-round’ persons, and of course like the rest of the guild they stand up for the guild, its goals and its rules.Fund-raiser
Fund-raiser are good and finding trias, it doesn’t matter how they get it (unless it is against the guild its rules or goals), the point is they get it. These trias they bring in the guild is used only for guild purposes and /or guild projects (which are a bit the same… hmm ^^){NOTE: a fund-raiser or any other raiser and member can have their own items and trias, the guild won’t ask of any of the member for trias and/or materials}
Information-raiser
The Information-raisers main task is getting information about things concerning the guild like: How are the people doing? Who is in need? Is there a war coming? Yes, then why? ect.A good Information-raiser can get information without letting it notice you’re interested in that information, they are good in ears dropping and probably would have some reliable sources.
Material-raiser
Material-raisers are good at finding items and/or materials, it doesn’t matter how they get it (unless it is against the guild its rules or goals), the point is again they get it.Question-mark
A specialization which you would never want to be in… If you are considered a Question-mark all your guild-rights are gone (every permission, also the Guildchat function!!) this state you will be in until you are kicked or if you have a VERY VERY VERY (yes VERY) convincing explanation to offer to explain you deeds which have made you a Question-mark.Novice
Obvious this is the beginning Specialization, to see if you fit in the guild and the guild fits with you. You can’t do everything like a normal member, but at least more then a Question-mark General:

General Discussion / Did I smell Tolkien ingame???

I had to say "Did I see Tolkien ingame???" But smell just sounds better
To the point! I was walking in the Library and my eyes fell on the books I was shocked
I swear LOTR is one of the books, 
Although It could just be me seeing things 
Look for your self:
1. The book case, just a random one I circled all the "I think are" LOTR (or 'the Hobbit') books
2. One of those books enlarged
3. My stupid attempt to make the burly logo more clear
4. The well know Tolkien logo
5. The part that is missing in on the logo on the books in the case (nr 1,2,3), probably Or not to see because of the blurry effect, Or specially done so it wouldn't be that noticed the sneaky devs, Or it's a completly other thing 
So help me! Are these really a wink to Tolkien or am only I crazy enough to see it?

All things come in two.
Everything has its opposite.
Without an opposite you’re nothing. We know “good” and “evil”. Some want the evil extinct, some the good. But what they don’t realize is that without evil there is no good, and without good there is no evil. Without life there is no death, without death there is no life.
In the shadow time, even before the gods, there were four elements:
Everything and Nothing
Order and Chaos
At first Everything was in Order and Nothing was is Chaos. But both Order and Chaos wanted Everything and Nothing for themselves.
There was a struggle for Everything and Nothing, it was in this struggle that all the elements were together. The Chaos-Nothing alignment and the Order-Everything alignment were driven together but as they were each others opposites they were forced back a part. Still both sides were determent to fight, and with the second encounter when they felt they were driven apart Chaos reached for Everything and Order for Nothing. Both succeeded.
But as time passed Order realized Nothing was to hard to control with order, Chaos found out that Everything was hard to contain with chaos. They both needed something else to struggle about and to gain control over. They both got the same idea. They met each other on the frontier between Everything and Nothing. Chaos forced Everything to collapse together with Nothing, Order forced Nothing to collapse together with Everything. The result was a mix between Nothing and Everything, Chaos and Order were not satisfied.
Their creation felled quickly apart. Order said it was the lag of order that made it fell apart, Chaos replied that it was the lag of chaos.
They tried it again, but this time both Chaos and Order put a little bit of themselves in both Nothing and Everything. Their hopes were none, but it was worth a shot. When Nothing and Everything collapsed there was a bright light, and at the same time a dark cloud. Chaos and Order looked at what they created: a sphere with one light and one dark side. Two opposites combined as one.
They created life as we know it, they created the gods who created us.
The world as we know it is controlled by Chaos and Order.
You can’t extinct one of them, so chose wise which side you choose in this struggle between Chaos and Order…
