when i start planeshift it gives a fault this one

psclient.exe !  can not instalisize 0xc0000007b

what can  do against it ?

I am getting this exact same message on my computer. I downloaded the game from the Va site on both of my computers because my wife is interested in trying it out also. One computer runs it no problem but the other gives me this message when I try to run the game. The computer is Intel Pentium III processor with 384 MS Ram and a Geforce 2 64 MB video card.
