The model is alright, but it needs a better texture (especially those round....things...). Remember, the texture is the bottleneck. You could have the most amazing model in the world but with a bad texture job it isn\'t worth anything (not that I\'m trying to say your cart isn\'t worth anything, on the contrary actually, just needs some work).
Also, those round...things...have way too many polys. I\'m thinking 6-10 sides (10 for the larger ones) would be more appropriate.

Edit: Those round...things...could never make it in game looking like that. The CS engine doesn\'t render intersecting faces correctly, so unless you used a boolean to combine all those you are going to need to go back and get rid of the intersecting faces. You might just take a look at section 3 (rules) in my contributing guide.
