you can add the job of trainer with puppies and animals if they are trainable to the commands (they are born with a set of basic commands like follow or stop) the others could be collect or search.
the more commands an animal has, the higher the value of the animal if sold.
the more experience the animal has, the better the materials recovered by killing it.
