UE4 allows you to attach effects to static meshes, as well as 'bones' and 'bone sockets' on skeletons. Take a look..

AHHHHHH the Lavvar and his twin!!! Absolutely adorable. I hope we can have a good Lavvar and a bad Lavvar in the future, he is too great with all those flames and bones to just stay down in that cute lava pit whacking

Looks like I deleted this video without realising it some time ago, my bad. I also no longer have a the UE4 development programs installed to make a new one to replace it either.
